Tom McCormick is the head of the Brick Factory's design department, overseeing all of the company's creative work. In that role, Tom consults with clients to design websites that are beautiful and functional. Over his twenty-year design career, Tom has designed award-winning websites for clients including Podesta Group, No Labels, International Youth Foundation, CLS Strategies, and American Chemistry Council.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Maryland (Fear the Turtle), where he majored in studio arts. His pastimes include fishing and contemplating the Redskins. Tom can juggle and was once mistaken for country singer Garth Brooks. Tom lives in Germantown, Maryland, with his wife, Jane, and a cat that doesn't like him.
