Melcrum works alongside leaders and teams around the globe to build skills and best practice in internal and employee communication. In 2012, the Brick Factory team worked with Melcrum to redesign and rebuild the company's web program in Drupal. The new program includes custom access levels for Melcrum members, online sales and event registration and full integration with a CRM.
