The Jewish Women’s Renaissance Project (JWRP) seeks to inspire women to transform themselves, transform their families, their communities, and the world. The organization’s flagship program, Momentum, is an eight-day journey through Israel that has sent thousands of women on a life-changing trip with a change to connect with their heritage. In 2014, JWRP developed a new brand identity, creating a new logo and color pallette. JWRP engaged Brick Factory to implement this new brand online and help rebuild its flagship website, www.jwrp.org.

During the planning phase of the project, the Brick Factory, a third-party design team and JWRP worked together to flesh out the feature set of the new site and to create a streamlined new site architecture. During the planning phase, we produced a technology plan, site map and a series of wireframes highlighting the content priorities for critical pages of the site.

Partner Database

A primary objective of the redesign was to create a searchable directory of the more than 100 partner organizations that work with JWRP to send their applicants to Israel. We created a Partner directory that features a map and list view, and profiles that Partners are able to maintain themselves.

Dynamic Content

JWRP wanted a website that not only served as a platform for prospective trip attendees but a dynamic resource for women long after their Israel experience. The site features content rich pages with stories, articles and videos surrounding the organization. Categories and filtering create easily navigatible pages.

The previous version of the JWRP site built in the Content Management System Joomla. Our team worked with JWRP to rebuild the website in Drupal, which will allow the site to grow and evolve along with the organization.
